Links Per Day?

Hello all,

So I get that we should only post 5 to 7 videos per account, ever 2 to 5 days.
My question is, how many links can be sent to a site in a day or short period of time?

If you have 4 gmail accounts and 5 videos, that's 20 links. can a money site take that many links in a day?

I've been told google could see it as spam if you get too many links too fast and sandbox you.

Thanks in advance on any clarity on this.
