Sending backlinks to google sites

Hi there!
After some back and fourth to make TH work, now I would like to send to the created google sites some backlinks, which set of links should I send them too? The first one or the second that appear in the pdf, not clear which one is the most external site.

And also, any tips on this is appreciated!

Can I also ask why the sites only index the home?

typically I run the URL's to the bulk ping sites listed here.

and never have indexing issues..

links ot use in the PDF etc.
