One user complained about software crashing.

This is what we found.

Image folder contained videos and other sub folders

We selected a folder with only images in it, as it should be and the software performed perfectly.

Make sure you select an images folder that contains nothing but images.

Some people in support are complaining that when they look in the

PDF

Folder

they do not see any PDF's in there.

This is correct, this folder will be populated with your PDF's after you have run the software.

Each time the software is run, it creates a PDF document and saves it in the PDF folder.

This is great for your history, particularly when working with clients.

You can sort these docs by date etc, to find the docs you want or search for the niche to find the correct document you are looking for.
