G sites builder requires your gmail ID... Every time I do a new business client or niche should I use a new account I know in a video you said it can create up to 1000 g sites but Is it not good to mix different sites. Say mortage sites and HVAC on same account? Or 50 HVAC sites then 50 totally different SEO company sites for difference company mixing a bunch in one account?

Typically you'd create a set of Google accounts to suit your niche and client.
