Thread: install in default folder or in dropbox etc?

install in default folder or in dropbox etc?

Will the software have issues if I install it in dropbox (so it autosaves/backs up all my stuff) or should I install it in my C program files folder where the software wants to install it by default, and just have all my outputs going into dropbox folders for safe keeping in case of crashes etc?

    Thanks

You need to install software in the C:\Program Files (x86)

We do not recommend using Dropbox or any other virtual drive as it will cause problems with the software run as it only works referencing files/folders on the local hard drive.

Essentially the same folders as 2K. Default folder for the system files are WINNT. There is no dramatic change in the file structure between 2K and XP. The arrangement where things are, now thats a different story. LOL.
