VPS Users - Important Information Inside, please read before contacting Support.

Before contacting support with any issues. Make Sure you have installed the below on your VPS

VPS :
Needs to be either
Windows 7 SP1 or higher
Or
Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 or higher
(SP = Service Pack.)





Needs all this below installed, In this order.
(In most cases the majority is installed already, but install all below to make sure.)

Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Update 5 Redistributable Package

(NOTE - If you have a 64bit system (check in the systems information but most will be 64bit) you need to install both x86 & x64 files in that order, if your system is 32bit you only need the x86 file.)

Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable

If any of the above is missing the software will not work correctly and give you errors.

Hey Peter have you found one that meets these qualifications I like Solid VPS but, I have to check to see if they will install all I need

Hey Jim, there are way to many different VPS for me to be up to speed with..

copy and paste the above post content to their support and ask their support if it meets those criteria etc.
